Veryberry is a heavy sativa strain selected for its uplifting high and density of berry fruit flavors. The mother is a little known but well loved strawberry haze originating in Switzerland. The father is a mostly-sativa Blueberry strain that includes genetics from Thailand and Mexico. This Blueberry has been circulating in the UK for the last 15 years.
Veryberry was developed as an indoor strain, but it can also be grown outdoors in locations with a long warm autumn that provides a full five month season from spring to fall of non-freezing outdoor weather. This strain shows its sativa heritage from the outset, with medium branching that stretches wide and forms a broad, loose Christmas tree structure. The leaves are slender and light green with a waxy shine.
Although this plant can be tolerant to some variation in conditions, Veryberry is a sativa-dominant strain and has exacting preferences to thrive. Because of this, it is better as a strain and has exacting preferences to thrive. Because of this, it is better as a strain for a more experienced grower than for a beginner. Still, compared with many sativas, this strain recovers well when unfavorable conditions have been restored within range. This palnt does best as a multi-branch plant, and averages 5 ounces per plant when grown in multi-branch sizes. Plants forced at 12 inches grow to about 3 feet at finish. Maximum yields can be achieved in a flood and drain system, or a system with a high pressure dripper run to waste.
Smells of strawberries fill the garden when Veryberry is flowering, but the odor does not range into the strong dankness that is often a telltale sign of indoor cannabis. At finish, the light green buds are covered with lots of orange hairs and are fairly easy to manicure. The cured buds sing with fruity sweet fresh berry and strawberry aromas, and these tones carry over into the berry-floral flavors. Veryberry’s effects are more high than stoned. This pleasantly awake, happy and energetic sensation builds up gradually into a soaring yet functional state of bliss. It is good for fun with friends, in the sunny outdoors or at home playing video games and chilling. The high has a trajectory that eventually winds down to a drowsy, dreamy state.
